Subsurface & groundwater insight for better decisions.
Third Eye Geoscience & Subsurface Consulting provides geotechnical and groundwater investigations, subsurface data interpretation and clear reporting for infrastructure, mining and land development across Australia.
Practical, investigation-led subsurface advice. From fieldwork to reporting, Third Eye Geoscience provides continuity between data collection, analysis and design.
The following examples represent the prior professional experience of the Principal Consultant while employed with previous organisations. These works were not delivered by Third Eye Geoscience & Subsurface Consulting and are provided to demonstrate technical capability.
Geotechnical site investigations and groundwater assessments for freeway and rail upgrades including drilling supervision, groundwater monitoring installation, seepage assessment, construction and design support.
Hydrogeological assessment to support open pit dewatering schemes assisting mine planning decisions. Environmental and hydrogeological assessment to support evaluation of groundwater dewatering at proposed construction sites.
Application of analytical transport solutions and groundwater flow assessment to understand contaminant plume behaviour and monitoring requirements.
Hydrogeological impact assessment studies and modelling supporting water resource management, dam and spring protection under Australian environmental regulatory frameworks.
Third Eye Geoscience & Subsurface Consulting is led by Uthman who holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Geophysics, Diploma in Laboratory Techniques, a Masters in Petroleum Geoscience and a Postgraduate Certificate in Groundwater Hydrology.
His experience cuts across technical involvement in the Niger Delta and UK North Sea upstream oil and gas sector, and Australian infrastructure, mining and environmental projects. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Geoscientists.
The practice focuses on integrating geological, geotechnical and hydrogeological data into clear, decision-ready advice that supports engineering design, regulatory approval and risk management.
